Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund.
Unopened products returned after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

After we process the refund, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the credit to your account, depending on your financial institution. Total time from initial contact to seeing the refund in your account is typically 10–21 business days.
If you have not received your refund after 21 business days from our confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
If your return falls outside the 30-day window but the product is still unopened, you may be eligible for store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit decisions are made at the discretion of our customer support team on a case-by-case basis.
