3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

  • Opened bottles: Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened product, regardless of how much has been used.
  • Products not purchased from prostatepq.com: If you purchased Prostate PQ through Amazon, Walmart, or another third-party retailer, the return must be initiated through that retailer. We cannot process refunds for purchases made outside our website.
  • Products returned without prior authorization: Returns sent to us without a return authorization from our support team will not be processed and cannot be refunded.
  • Purchases beyond the 30-day window (for full refunds): Orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible for a cash refund, though store credit may be available at our discretion.
  • Original shipping and handling fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Please Note: We are not able to make exceptions to the opened-bottle policy. This applies regardless of how many tablets remain or how long the product has been used. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy exists to ensure product safety and integrity for all customers.

5. The Return and Refund Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return and receive your refund:

  3. Package and ship the product: Securely pack the unopened bottle in its original box if possible. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your receipt, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  4. We inspect the return: Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the product within 3–5 business days to confirm it meets eligibility requirements.
  5. Refund is issued: Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
Important: Always request return authorization before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be tracked, processed, or refunded and will be returned to sender where possible.

After we process the refund, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the credit to your account, depending on your financial institution. Total time from initial contact to seeing the refund in your account is typically 10–21 business days.

If you have not received your refund after 21 business days from our confirmation email, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

7. Store Credit Option

If your return falls outside the 30-day window but the product is still unopened, you may be eligible for store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit decisions are made at the discretion of our customer support team on a case-by-case basis.

Store credit issued by Prostate PQ:

  • Is applied to your account and can be used on any future order at prostatepq.com.
  • Does not expire and carries no fees.
  • Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Will be applied automatically at checkout when your account is logged in.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Standard returns (change of mind, within 30 days): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon request after your return is authorized.
  • Original outbound shipping fee: This is non-refundable for standard returns. It will be refunded only in cases where the error was ours (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
Free Shipping on New Orders: Remember that all new orders from prostatepq.com ship free to all 50 US states. If you choose to reorder after a return, you will not pay shipping on your replacement order.

  • Amazon purchases: Returns must be initiated through your Amazon account using Amazon's standard return process. Amazon's return policy applies, which may differ from ours.
  • Walmart purchases: Returns are subject to Walmart's return policy and must be processed through Walmart's website or in-store.
