How long does it take to get a response?

How do I track my Prostate PQ order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery status. You can also visit our Order Tracking page for more information.
How do I start a return or request a refund?

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please read our full Refund Policy before reaching out.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
Can I use a PRC code after I've already placed my order?

Unfortunately, PRC discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. For your next order, enter your code at checkout to receive the discounted price. If you have questions about obtaining a PRC code from your healthcare provider, contact us and we can help.
Is it safe to take Prostate PQ with my medications?

Quercetin, an active ingredient in Prostate PQ, may interact with certain medications including quinolone antibiotics (Cipro, Levaquin), blood thinners (warfarin), and cyclosporine.
