Delivery Issues & What to Do

We want every order to arrive safely and on time. If something goes wrong, here's what to do in common situations:

Package Shows Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please take these steps:

  • Check around all entry points to your home — porches, mailboxes, side doors, and with neighbors.
  • Allow 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early.
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number to open an inquiry.
  • If the package is still not located after 48 hours, contact our support team and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Hasn't Shipped Yet

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If you placed your order more than 3 business days ago and have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If you still don't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Please Note: Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next available business day. Processing times may also be slightly extended during peak seasons.

Package Arrived Damaged

If your Prostate PQ arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, please photograph the damage and email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.

Wrong Address or Returned Package

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you via email to confirm the correct address and arrange reshipment. Please note that reshipment may incur a shipping fee if the original address error was on the customer's side.

To avoid delivery issues, always double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address right after placing your order, contact us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped yet we can update it at no charge.

Order Tracking FAQs

When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number is sent automatically via email as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier — usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order. If you haven't received a tracking email after 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact our support team.
My tracking number isn't showing any updates. What does that mean?

Tracking information can take 12–24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after your shipment is scanned. If your tracking number shows no activity after 48 hours, the package may be in transit between sorting facilities where scans don't always occur. Contact us if there's still no movement after 5 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the corrected address. Once a shipping label has been created, we cannot guarantee changes can be made, but we will do our best to help.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Please ensure your full PO Box address is entered correctly at checkout. FedEx and UPS shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes — if your order is assigned to those carriers, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. International shipping is not available through prostatepq.com at this time. If you are outside the US and interested in Prostate PQ, please contact us — we may be able to direct you to authorized international distributors.
How long does delivery take to Hawaii or Alaska?

Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska typically takes 7–14 business days from the ship date, compared to 3–7 business days for the contiguous 48 states. Standard free shipping applies to all 50 states including Hawaii and Alaska.
What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Check the tracking information on the carrier's website for instructions specific to your shipment. Most carriers hold packages for 5–15 days before returning them to sender.
I ordered from Amazon. Can I track my order here?
